I purchased an item of clothing with a friend from the Oxford Street branch of Zara this week, to be worn as a present the following day at a specific event. The two men on the counter were so busy talking and joking with each other that they barely paid attention to the customers - that was irritating but we wanted the jacket so paid and left. The following day my friend discovered that the security tag had not been removed. He was working so as a favour I travelled from South East London to North London to collect the jacket, take it to the branch of Zara, get it removed, and then do the journey in reverse. In total I had to take 6 buses and 6 tubes and waste more than 4 hours. The first member of staff told me 'these things happen' but no apology. She introduced me to two managers, the one I spoke with was rude, abrupt, dismissive and when I mentioned that an apology would have been nice, actually stated that she was not going to apologise. She left me at the counter where another staff member finally removed the tag and did apologise. I asked for the details of customer service and was told they were not able to give them ! But that I had to go onto the Zara website. I have done that but discovered there are no details, only a chat facility. I spoke with someone who called themselves Sachin. They told me that they do not have an email to log a complaint and that they are even unable to give the address of their head office. After saying they'd pass on my concerns I was cut off. Absolutely shocking on every level. Lazy staff who created the problem, half a day wasted, extra travel costs that added almost 20% to the price, a rude and unhelpful manager and a website that deflects. That was my first visit to a Zara. Their company policy seems to be that once they have your money they literally don't care what happens next. Never again. Amazon UK - My account has been switched from uk to us

I recently ordered an item from Amazon.com which seems to be on its way to me. I live in the UK and am a regular customer with Amazon.co.uk. Since placing my order with Amazon.com my shopping app has been switched to Amazon.com I have spent a lot of time trying to get help to change this back to Amazon.co.uk but only get offered choices of other actions by your BOT. Eventually I got a voice which offered me a choice of 3 options but no means of Registering that choice. To get rid of the voice I had to close down my iPhone. My only option noe seems to be to close my Amazon account. I dont want to do this. I just want to get back my app that puts me in touch with Amazon.Co.uk. I have premier membership there. Booked accommodation was told on arrival room not ready til 3.15 p.m., had 3 hours to kill so had to leave luggage for 2 people at reception Only when we came back to obtain room number were we advised we had a room in a separate building 250 metres away from check in address which is address shown on Expedia website Had to cart all the luggage out of the at the maim building to the room location Was told no room available in main building TV in room doesn't work, Communicated with Expedia on 29th and 30th May both via email and phone with no result Beware when booking, you may not get what you booked! There's this account on Instagram called issah_iphone_solution_dealers based in Kenya but they are fraudsters. They say they are an online shop. So am based in Uganda and they are in Kenya. On 25th June 2023. They scammed us after sending them 900,000 ugx for an iPhone 11 pro that they said was on promotion. After sending them. They told us a DHL delivery person would contact us for tax clearance. We cleared about 500,000ugx and till today they haven't delivered saying there a balance. They even posted our receipt on their page yet we didn't receive the package and today they have posted another receipt of someone meaning they are taking fraud to another level. We reported their Instagram page but it hasn't been banned yet and they have a big follow. We need justice please at least ban the account since you can't help in reimbursing the money but they are using the page to fraud people. Ebay - I have a big problem with an order you have not helped me

I bought a suspension off eBay for my car, brand-new with a five years warranty company sent it out quite quickly. I had the part fitted which cost me in excess of more than what the park cost are then drive the car and after three hours the port broke down I took it back to the garage to find out what the problem was that told me the part was defective. I have contacted the company several times and explained that I cant take the part off until they give me another one or give me the money back because I cant afford to have that part taken off and then pay out to have another one put on again its unrealistic, unethical and unreasonable. My credit card got transfered to my husband's account and he and I were both unaware of this. We now have rent due in a couple of days are don't have the money to secure the roof over our heads. Hello. My name is Michael Vaserman, your company flew from Tel Aviv to Vienna FR 7292(ref number: CDB5RV ). The plane was late for more than 2 hours with a departure. I had the next flight to Varna. But even for being late, my plane flew from Vienna to Varna without me, through no fault of mine. I bought two tickets on the day of departure from Tel Aviv to Vienna and from Vienna to Varna. I was sure that everything would be on schedule as written on the website. I would not be late for the Vienna - Varna flight if your plane arrived on schedule from Tel Aviv, as it was written on the site and I bought 2 tickets at once, one from your company and the next from wizzair. I also want to say about the bad attitude from the side of the board attendant who did not want to give her name and was not visible on the plastic card. Sitting in a closed plane, the plane had not yet flown, but stood in the parking lot at Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) for 2 hours, not by my mistake, I asked for water to drink medicine, my blood pressure rose due to the fact that I realized that I did not have time for the flight Vienna - Varna. I was refused in a very erotic way. They said water is not free and you have to buy it. I want to ask you in such a case, what do you have to provide me by law? I need to get to Varna and preferably quickly. Who will cover the additional costs.

KFC - Skowhegan closes earlier then advertised

On 4 different occasions since the beginning of 2023, I have visited the KFC Taco Bell in Skowhegan Maine. Is advertise that they close at 10 oclock. It is my understanding that There should be everything available that is on the menu as advertise until 10 oclock when they close? On every visit by 9pm, they close the kitchen down and have refused to fill our order as requested. I mean.once, they refused most everything! mash, gravy, chicken strips, fries, any deserts They refused and charged us full price, giving us only a chicken sandwich out of whole order but charging us almost $25. Please do something? Closing at 10 means closing at 10 and its my favorite place to eat so it sucks not to be able to go when I get out of works 5 days a week! Can you make it right?! Thanks, Ash

Lyft - Your driver is crazy about to kill me

You drive was rude, no customer service skil and he lied. You rip me off by charging me a waiting for of $7.81 on 5/29 .cause your driver stool there and did nothing to help me carry 4 luggage into the car. God punish Lyft cause you and your driver are a thief. You charge me $26.86 in 5/28 . I will sue Lyft and put you on social media. Refund as ll my money. He drop me off at the wrong terminal causing me to miss my flight and had to lodge at a hotel near the airport. That driver is evil and need to be fired nd ok. I am disputing the charges. Freedom Furniture New Zealand - It would be a miracle if the product actually arrived

We bought a sofa in early January, which in itself was a stressful experience - we had been shopping around for the perfect sofa and had fallen in love with one at (unfortunately) Freedom Furniture, only to find out at the counter when we were about to pay that it would take 5-6 months to get to us. We were disappointed but understanding - supply chain issues, all that - and proceeded with the purchase. It is now June and we have been told it won't be getting here till at least mid-July... Nothing but "it's delayed" emails. Tried contacting the customer service and they had never gotten back to me. I am upset with myself for not reading the reviews earlier - so many people in the same boat. Save yourself some stress and don't buy anything from them. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Customer service complaint

Customer service in the drive through was horrible and this wasn't the first time. With an empty interior, literally only employees, two cars in the drive through, mine and one before me, I watched the car in front wait 5 minutes to make an order, I pulled up and was told to wait. I backed the out went inside, then talked to the manager. She was making excuses, with four of the five employees standing and watching. Not the first time but I've been stuck in line waiting for a long time to get my order. Look at the reviews on Google and you'll see others with the same complaint. Hello friend, so you have mad Phoenix store, East Indian School Road. User's recommendation: Don't use the drive through, better to go elsewhere.

Received broken product first time ( white bottle) then asked for replacement, then after receiving the replacement the product ( blue bottle) was broken again so asked the delivery guy to take it back but he asked to raise a return from app, so we raised the return request just 5 mins after receiving the package. Later on when the delivery guy came to take the package he started asking for proof, we showed him images the package and also the complaint was raised just 5 mins after receiving the package. The delivery guy didn't took the package and was extremely rude while talking to multiple members of the family, saying you don't have any proof. Then we raised the return again, the same delivery came for return , again refusing to take the package now saying that the brand is different. The delivery guy again took off although we told him multiple times to let us contact customer care in front of him. I am more pissed on the behaviour of the delivery guy, how he was rude to my family both times.

Amazon - Return item Juggernaut beach wagon sold by Spreetail

I ordered this beach wagon and received it March 21st of this year. I didn't open it right away because our trip isn't until June. When I did open it, I found there were pieces missing from the factory during assembly. This prevents the wheel from locking in place. I got in touch with Amazon and they sent the supplier an e-mail. The supplier won't replace it or give my money back. Saying it was past 30 days. So I got back in touch with Amazon and they won't do anything about it either. I didn't even realize they won't make it right if it's after 30 days. I mean really, even Walmart takes returns even if it's past 30 days. Although I ordered another beach wagon from a different supplier, I ordered it from Amazon after I was told over the phone they would make it right. So now I am out of the money I spent on this beach wagon from Juggernaut/ Spreetail. And I think I might have to think twice about ordering from Amazon. I spent a lot of money at. Amazon over the past year or two.Maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Juggernaut/Spreetail. And if you need to order from Amazon, make sure your order is right within 30 days.

Snapchat - I am a concerned parent

I am a concerned parent my child is only 10 years old I cannot seem to keep her from keeping this app off of her phone I have tried to delete her account I am unable to I have tried to contact customer support so that way I can get help with deleting this account I have been unable to talk to somebody I have been unable to get any response. From somebody she is only 10 years old and I am not okay with her having an account with Snapchat I think that there should be something in place to where we could we parents could contact somebody and be like hey this is the name and phone number of the child I want it permanently blocked from making any accounts period. No reason for a 10yo to have a phone. If you insist she have one, have her phone set up with NO data.

That way she cannot use internet or text. She still has phone capabilities to use for emergencies.

He was talking with me rudely n moreover he refused to deliver me the order n he tried to cancel my order of its own . N moreover delivery time is available till 9pm right bt actually I was unable to take my order during 2 pm so I told him to deliver by 5 pm bcz I will be available that time bt that guy was misbehaving Rudly n asked me to talk with Mukesh Ambani n he tried to cancel my order by sending OTP . N he also asked me to go 10 kms far to receive the order .if I won't be available that time then how could I receive the order. N moreover no msgs in my inbox or mail or WhatsApp or notification came then how could I know ..such misbehaving delivery boys should be punished so that they never agn misbehave with customer like that agn.

Lyft - Poor Customer Service

May 25, 2023, I was charged a cancellation fee. I messaged my driver and asked him to wait few minutes. I usually ride the bus to work, but I woke up late, and needed to take a shower and then leave right after my shower. The problem is that even if you use the option to wait 15 minutes, driver's respond immediately. I was less than three minutes from walking into the parking area where the driver was waiting so I messaged him. He turned around and called me. Of course I couldn't get to the phone. I picked up the phone running outside to see him leaving, and had to call another Lyft right after that, and still made it to work early. My point is that I got charged a cancellation fee, and that wasn't fair. I feel like the driver could have politely waited or even started the meter, but he knew that he can get a cancelation fee out of anyone who a Lyft driver leaves, and all of a sudden, the Lyft driver's for your rides suddenly come from a lot farther away, and the price has gone up. It's just really bad customer service policies, and at least you could refund the cancellation fee given that I scheduled a ride within one or two minutes of the driver leaving. User's recommendation: Don't give businesses your money if they can't show any respect for you as human being.
