Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Customer service complaint

Customer service in the drive through was horrible and this wasn't the first time. With an empty interior, literally only employees, two cars in the drive through, mine and one before me, I watched the car in front wait 5 minutes to make an order, I pulled up and was told to wait. I backed the out went inside, then talked to the manager. She was making excuses, with four of the five employees standing and watching. Not the first time but I've been stuck in line waiting for a long time to get my order. Look at the reviews on Google and you'll see others with the same complaint. Hello friend, so you have mad Phoenix store, East Indian School Road. User's recommendation: Don't use the drive through, better to go elsewhere.

My new grind and brew worked twice and then it would only grind and wouldn't brew. I'm December 23rd I called customer service who promised a pre-paid return shipping label to return the coffee maker. They have met a control number for the return and promised a replacement. I haven't received a return label or the replacement, so I called customer service today. They said they would resend a return label but my replacement coffee maker has been shipped because the warehouse has been closed since December 19th. I have to wait another 7 to 10 days after the warehouse opens on Monday, January 6th. Had the girl I spoke to in customer service been honest with me I would have sent it back to Amazon and bought a different coffee maker. The only thing Cuisinart offered me after this blunder is to say they're sorry five times. There's no part of my life that I like to be associated or deal with dishonest people.
