Supercell - Lost accounts

I recently had problems with my old Samsung phone. I purchased a new iPhone. I did not manage correctly my coc and clash Royale accounts. My coc is called Robocop and cr called Terminator. I am 66 years old and worked 13 years in customer service. I entered to chat with the games and even 3 minutes ago was banned??in coc.for30days?? I just want to put in my iPhone my accounts with the supercell Id. My charts were with Lizzie, memo and someone else. My phone number is 787-604-****..my phone and wife used to be Samsung A515G.
