The Manger Called To Collect My past due payment which I informed her I had a unexpected death of my nephew can she call back Friday to get my payment she was very rude she called Friday I attempted to make the payment my card was locked so I informed her tht I had to unlock it she became more rude n hung up on me I call bk requested a mang she informed me she was management n refused my calls I called bk n told her I'll be contacting corporate she replied o well call n hung up I attempted to call back several times and got redirected to voice mail She Called today to attempt payment I asked was this the same lady from Friday she rudely replied doesn't matter do u have the payment and I informed her I spoke with corporate and no longer wanted her to contact me. I Created a ticket and waiting for a reply from Jeremy
