Freedom Furniture New Zealand - It would be a miracle if the product actually arrived

We bought a sofa in early January, which in itself was a stressful experience - we had been shopping around for the perfect sofa and had fallen in love with one at (unfortunately) Freedom Furniture, only to find out at the counter when we were about to pay that it would take 5-6 months to get to us. We were disappointed but understanding - supply chain issues, all that - and proceeded with the purchase. It is now June and we have been told it won't be getting here till at least mid-July... Nothing but "it's delayed" emails. Tried contacting the customer service and they had never gotten back to me. I am upset with myself for not reading the reviews earlier - so many people in the same boat. Save yourself some stress and don't buy anything from them. User's recommendation: DO NOT give your money to this company
