McDonalds - Oak Grove Mo Employee

As I placed my order at the speaker, it kept getting my order wrong by adding multi chicken sandwiches. Finally a real person came on the speaker and I told him my order and he said give him a second to remove the chicken sandwiches except the 1 I wanted. Minutes passed and I mumbled to myself how long does it take to remove the extra sandwiches? A girls voice came oner the speaker telling me to be patient in a hateful voice. When I got to the pay window she leaned out and again hatefully telling me I need to learn to be patient and I told her her job was to take the $ and not jump me about what I mumbled to myself. This was on Sunday May 21 at about 1:15 PM. I complained at the pickup window and those workers could of cared less. Never got me the manager. The Oak Grove residents Facebook pagepeople are constantly complaining about the restaurant. User's recommendation: GOOD LUCK on getting your order correctly without being hatefully spoke to by employees.

Hannaford Supermarket - Poor customer service in Belfast, Maine store

I had ordered four steamed lobsters to be picked up around five in the afternoon on Thursday, May 25th. I left my name so there would be no question as to whose they were. I arrived about ten minutes after five and discovered that the young man attending the seafood dept. had given them to someone else! When asked WHY he had given them to someone who could not provide the right NAME he could not answer me. I could not wait for him to steam another four lobsters since I had guests waiting at home and supper was ready. He brought out four cooked, cold lobsters and said I could buy those. I purchased them because I had nothing to give my guests who were expecting freshly steamed lobster. The cold lobsters were very small and totally unsatisfactory when we were all expecting hot lobster. That little jerk didn't even apologize for giving away my lobsters! I spent the entire 2022 summer preparing my cedar deck for new stain. It was previously stained with Benjamin Moore semi-solid stain. I sanded the entire deck, (railings, 10x14 upper-level, 8 steps, a 4x4 landing, then 6 lower-level steps). I did a 3-step wash, neutralize, and lighten. My final step was using Arborcoat Solid Deck Stain. It took me all summer to complete my deck, as I was a single, 65-year old, who was recovering from a knee-replacement. After the winter snow melted, my deck looks horrible. The stain is peeling and flecking off the floor of my deck/stairs and top of the railing. I did everything per Arborcoat's instructions, so my preparation was correct. I have prepared and stained decks five times in my life. After the snow melted, I witnessed the stain actually fleck off sections of the floor and upper rail. What a waste of my time, my effort, and my money! I bought a zero turn mower for over $3,000 in July of 2021. About the end of August our next door neighbor noticed that it was running funny by rubbing up and slowing down and rubbing up and slowing down but we did not know that that was not how it was supposed to run because it had ran that way from the beginning. He adjusted the handlebars but it didn't do any good. It was the end of the season next spring when we started mowing it was still acting up so I took it to be serviced. I told them what it was doing and they serviced it change the oil sharpen the blades did all the normal blah blah blah stuff but did not work on it because they were not a Husqvarna dealer and it was still under warranty. They referred me to a Husqvarna repair shop and they worked on it and kept it for 60 days about. Upon its return the behavior continued and got worse. We took it back again. We got it back again now it's the end of the season of 2022. Spring of 2023 it is still acting up of course so we take it back to the shop. They keep it for a few weeks. It is still not fixed. It is there again for the past two weeks. I have contacted Husqvarna they told me to return it to Lowe's. Lowe's told me they couldn't take it back because I didn't buy the Lowe's warranty. It is still under warranty and I am angry because I spent over $3,000 for lawn mower that has spent more time in the shop than it has mowing my lawn and I have 20 acres that need to be taken care of and I need a new mower! User's recommendation: Return Husqvarna immediately if it's acting up and skip the repair process because it's a load of garbage!

You provided me hotel central square apartments in Budapest but there is no hotel at this address I was trying immediately to call and msg oppodo but not succeeded So I was waiting for hours under the rain in order to find a solution Three other passengers from e sky agency called the agency and immediately booked for them on other hotel w/o any charge but unfortunately I could not even contact you .So my travel turned into a disaster .After several e mails you finally replied that I cannot be refund because I was "no show "at a hotel that does not exist .It is a fraud .I guess that you have contacted somebody who supposed to be owner by email to ask about ...so he/she replied again by e mail that I myself or other passengers are no show This is a fraud .There is no such hotel in this address. You must find a way to make this sure and refund me It is really a tragic irony ..to destroy my five days vacation and now you do not give me back the hotel expenses because somebody is cheating you providing a hotel that does not exist Please take all proper action to confirm the truth and refund me asap Waiting for your reply

This company does not respect the passengers, they only recognize you as their passenger/ customer if you are onboard. If something else happens, good luck to you. I was travelling for business from Florence to Vienna, our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions and we had to wait 3 hours to the airport for a bus to drive us to the wrong hotel. After calling them (no reply at all), we managed to call the bus driver who drove us to the correct hotel at 22:00 (after 7hours pf Odyssey). We paid the taxi the next morning an they have still not pay us back. Their Customer Service do not reply or they say that they are not responsible for what is happening to you if the flight is cancelled. I will not travel again with this company and I would suggest you the same, except if you are a rich person seeking for adventures User's recommendation: Do NOT book with Austrian airlines ever!

I fool heartedly thought an actual person reached out to correct my amount of humiliation and discrimination done to me by a manager that coincidentally no longer is employed by them. That may correct the amount of *** done there by cleaning out uneducated management but that doesnt fix MY issue. I even stated I would let things go if I got an apology for the actions of Terrible Tony but no. I instead get a computer generated response here and a *** one from new management Dave, simply saying they cant help me but they can give me a better price. Let me dumb things down for you since I have a traumatic brain injury and have it used against me hence the discrimination, let me tell you what youve actually said to me and how I see it. And at this point shes already had some smoke blown up her business and given the run around about said desperate situation that a member of your public, your potential customer, your audience (we watch everything) comes to you for assistance, no. The day before yesterday I placed an order to Carrefour Cinecitta through Glovo. When the order arrived I realized that all hair products and fruit items were missing. I contacted Glovo assistance but the only thing they did not do was to assist me. The order arrived without a receipt but since they sent me a receipt vise mail I wasn't worried. Also Carrefour must have had a copy of the receipt. They asked me takephotos . Ridiculous. If I were a cheater couldn't I just remove the items and then take pictures??? Theyasked me for a receipt and I forwarded the receipt they sent me through email. Then they sent me an email saying that they cannot compensate. I seriously doubt that they contacted Carrefour. They did NOTHING. I go on the social media only to find out that there were hundreds of people complaining that they had the same experience as I had. SHAME ON YOU GLOVO. EITHER YOUR CONTROL PRACTICES ARE POOR OR YOU ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE TO INCREASE YOUR PROFITS THE EASY WAY. BTW NOT EVERYBODY WHO PLACES AN ORDER IS A CHEATER. Shein Australia - Bad Shein app customer service. Does not address my order problem.

I have spent thousands on Shein. Three times my order was stuck on processing with no track information due to a technical issue their end. I ask for customer service and receive no answer or help for this problem. I cannot get onto the online chat. I tried another Shein Ave for customer service to fix this technical issue and they wanted to charge me for their error. I was one of their highest paying customers. If they treat me this bad, buyer beware. They have terrible customer service and do not value their customers. I cannot contact them on any phone number. They have lost me as a customer. They do not even reply to these bad reviews. My last one someone stated they made a mistake and it was an outstanding result. Is this a joke. Are they bots. Can they speak English. Ive placed two orders from Tradeinn/Trekkinn etc which included a Petzl head lamp. Just before the shipment two times the lamp was automatically canceled by the system and the order was sent to me without the recalculation of the shipment freight charges (even though Ive made the second order solely to try to get the lamp again). The customer service of this company provides generic script based answers which are worthless and dont take into account my multiple requests to see through this issue. Several times as a courtesy they offered 5 percent promo code, but when I tried to apply it second time it didnt apply to any of the products I selected (stating that its invalid - the customer service either provides the invalid promo codes or as they told me they can be applied only in a very specific list of products). So whenever you order something from them, beware! Its better either to check alternative supplier, or try to minimize the basket and order in order not to pay for the shipment of air! No customer focus, no actual support, cheating on customers with the freight shipment calculation, no willingness to engage and keep the customers! User's recommendation: Select alternative suppliers if possible, don’t buy bulk or you risk to pay for air being shipped

Just Eat - My delivery has not arrived

Hi just eat, The issue was I ordered via your app but somehow even though my address and house number is on my account, unfortunately the food was delivered to the wrong address (from what I could see it was delivered to 225 instead of 235), obviously i have dishonest neighbours as they should have informed the driver they had not made this order but as I received notification that the order had been completed this was not the case and they selfishly chose to accept free food! I have just lost my mother and wanted to enjoy some comfort food as sleep evades me and my appetite is bare in existence, however on this occasion I was exceptionally hungry and orderd my mum's favourite items, I can see a refund has been made and I am most grateful, thank you, however injustice has been made so surely some compensation should also be included? I will need to make payment for my LIC policeis by tomorrow May 27 which are big premium amount around 2.22 lakhs..
