Amazon UK - My account has been switched from uk to us

I recently ordered an item from Amazon.com which seems to be on its way to me. I live in the UK and am a regular customer with Amazon.co.uk. Since placing my order with Amazon.com my shopping app has been switched to Amazon.com I have spent a lot of time trying to get help to change this back to Amazon.co.uk but only get offered choices of other actions by your BOT. Eventually I got a voice which offered me a choice of 3 options but no means of Registering that choice. To get rid of the voice I had to close down my iPhone. My only option noe seems to be to close my Amazon account. I dont want to do this. I just want to get back my app that puts me in touch with Amazon.Co.uk. I have premier membership there.
